Miracle Farm LLC ("Miracle Farm," "we," "us," or "our") operates The Riding School at Miracle Farm, providing intro sessions, riding lessons, and membership programs. Our riders and their parents/guardians schedule lessons and appointments and may opt in to receive text updates related to those services.
Program description: Impulsion Systems, Inc. ("Impulsion") sends recurring automated transactional text messages — lesson reminders, scheduling confirmations, and account notifications — on behalf of Miracle Farm, to riders and parents/guardians who have opted in.

You agree to provide accurate contact information and to notify us promptly of any change to your mobile number so we can keep your communication preferences current.
Fees for lessons, intro sessions, and memberships are described separately at booking and processed through our payment processor. These Terms govern your use of miracle-farm.org generally, including our SMS program.
Miracle Farm provides its services and communications on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miracle Farm is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or communications, including SMS messages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Miracle Farm LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
